We Have Apps (Sort Of)

Small but important milestone: both AWDevelopment and RydersWorld now behave like apps on a phone. Not a native build, just the boring useful part done right: secure login, stable routes, and a clean Add to Home Screen flow. Tap an icon, full screen, no browser chrome. That sounds trivial until you do it twice and realize how much auth, routing, and UX has to be solid to survive mobile friction. This is my first real mobile-adjacent step that still respects the full-stack work. No React Native, no app store, just the web stack acting like a product. It seems small, but it makes both apps usable on mobile and opens more room to actually use what I build.
